Committee Synopsis

Becoming a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity requires an investment of your personal time, talents, and money. We are not interested in individuals whose actions will put the organization’s brand and well-being at risk. We value those who believe that their membership in Alpha Phi Alpha is the presentation of their personal commitment to time valued word such as Knowledge, Achievement, Service, Intergrity, Quality, Honor, Excellence, and Community.

During the year, Nu Delta Lambda participated in the Initial Membership Development Process in the fall and spring to bring in new Alpha Men into our ranks. Alpha Phi Alpha has a zero tolerance policy for hazing and/or pledging activities
